Content Removal Request

Who can apply
Copyright holders or their representatives who believe their rights are infringed, people named in a story who believe their personality rights or personal data are affected, and source publishers can apply.
If you only want a factual error corrected, you can follow the route in the Corrections policy.
Information required
The applicant's name and contact details, and a statement that you hold the right or are authorised to represent the holder.
The full address (URL) of the page to be removed or corrected.
What is requested and on what grounds (the right alleged to be infringed).
A statement that the information is accurate. Supporting documents may be requested later if needed.

Response time and process
A first reply is given within 5 business days; the final decision is communicated within 30 days at the latest.
The request is reviewed; the content may be removed, corrected, or the request declined with reasons. The outcome is sent to the application address.
