Italian cybersecurity startup CyberKord has raised €2.7 million in a pre-seed funding round to develop its AI-powered platform for automating IT and cybersecurity operations. The round was led by 360 Capital, with participation from Plus Partners, Addendum Capital, and Vento. Founded in Milan in 2026, the company aims to help organizations address the gap between threat detection and resolution with less manual intervention.

The startup's platform utilizes AI and a Digital Twin of a company's IT infrastructure to analyze issues, simulate potential solutions, and implement corrective actions. The system can initiate processes based on security alerts, support tickets, or messages from communication platforms like Microsoft Teams and Slack. CyberKord CEO Alessandro Maggio notes that their artificial intelligence handles operational work from start to finish while showing every step. Integrating with both cloud-based and on-premise systems without requiring infrastructure replacement, the platform allows organizations to determine the level of autonomy granted to the AI.

With the new funding, CyberKord plans to further develop its platform and launch initial pilot projects with large European companies across the manufacturing, technology, healthcare, and telecommunications sectors. The company also intends to expand its team in technical and commercial roles.
